A collection of grey-skied photographs from today’s winter walk up into the hills of the Isarwinkel valley.  The snow is beginning to melt, as a week long pause of the lower winter temperatures, reveal the ground beneath the snow. The sound of the clear waters of the stream, rushing down from the surrounding hills, is audible from a distance long before reaching the bridge. Clear of the village houses the view opens up across the fields to the distance mountains, dark blue and grey in appearance, the tree lined slopes are white parallels of snow. Back up by the still waters of the lake, the bony trees cast their reflections onto the dark surface.
